Origin: India (Malabar Coast) – Roast: Medium / Dark

Monsoon Malabar is one of the world’s most unique and recognisable coffees, originating from the Malabar Coast of India. The beans are exposed to seasonal monsoon winds and moisture during processing, creating their distinctive appearance and unmistakable flavour profile. This unusual process produces a coffee with very low acidity, heavy body and deep earthy complexity. Expect smooth chocolate notes, gentle spice and a rich, mellow finish.
